Great School! The chefs have a great deal of experience and knowledge that they share very well and teach students with. There's smaller class sizes which I really liked because the chefs got to know me better and therefore teach me better.
Helpful and Kind The teachers/chefs here always go above and beyond for their students. I had a personal situation where I had to leave mid semester but they got me all the paperwork and materials I needed to finish it out while I was away.
Real World Experience They have real world training for the restaurant business. You learn everything from how to cook in the back of the house to everything in the front of the house. I am very successful from the education I received at Chef John Folse Culinary Institute.
