Fairbanks location: As a HCP myself, I know that feedback can be taken many ways, and I was hesitant to bring something to their attention. When I did, the entire staff involved were receptive, understanding, and accommodating. Knowing that my feedback was received in such an open manner was a relief and makes me appreciate them and their expertise even more than I had. Even making appointments is a breeze and I anticipate it getting a bit more difficult as their Fairbanks area business grows!Â
