I’ve been a regular and all the employees have been great but………This last visit I couldn’t just tell budtender what I wanted. I was forced to navigate, search, and place my own order in the kiosk tablet. This greatly increased my transaction time and is poor customer service. I do not like having to be forced to use this system myself to place my own order. This is a boneheaded move by the chain. If this practice continues I’m gone as a customer.
This place rules. Thanks guys and gals!!!!
