Shoutout to the whole team for helping me with warranty pieces being ordered, getting them put into my small (already stuffed) car and clearing the snow off during a strange interaction outside yesterday lol while loading them up. Bought a brand new washer and dryer. Asked about warranty to make sure I’m not dealing 1-800 numbers and was told they have local guys that service them. Soon as I got the washer hooked up it was spinning itself in circles, they told me to call a 1-800 number. THEN they tell me there’s no refunds (which was not disclosed prior to sale). This is the third purchase made with Chediac. Every time the service has been great. we purchased an upright freezer. The sales person was so easy to deal with. They had the freezer delivered the next day. The delivery guys were amazing. Brought the freezer in without any damage to our walls. downs the stairs to the basement and took our old freezer out without any issues. 35 bucks to take the old freezer out. Well worth it. They were courteous and fast! Great experience. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Good customer service, just disappointed that the no tax black friday sales were only on specific brand names. We went in with cash prepared to make a particular major purchase, only to find out we couldnt get any type of deal whatsoever .... its not like the good Ole days anymore, when they used to help a person out paying cash. Oh well
