I have cashed numerous checks here, some quite large and they have always been friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place.
Worst customer service ever.
took a printed cashiers check in from Wells Fargo. They verified it was good. Then informed me that rather than a low % they wanted 10% which is ridiculous. There is no excuse. It was a low risk cashiers check. It is printed verified and I have proper ID.
Michelle at this location is amazing. She is always friendly and helpful. She always goes above and beyond for the customer. I am glad to be a customer at this location because of her!
A friend of mine a young girl. Recently received a check from Huntington bank. For a supposed refund for an error that was made to there account to there account. The check came in a Huntington envelope with the check.they took the check to check smart and Matt called huntington bank to verify it was legitimate. He said he talked to numerous people at the corporate office and provided the routing number and check number. Which someone at the bank verified it was the banks check.
