Thank you so much for being so efficient and understanding and helping me on this process, all the places that I went they're busy and they didn't want to help me until I got here and Ivanna help me she's the best so efficient and totally sent a lot of people here thank you so much!
Walked in to cash a check and was immediately interrupted mid conversation. As I was trying to explain the situation she interrupted again and told me she couldn't help me and walked away. Went somewhere else and was assisted without issue. Customer service is a 0 here and it's a shame because it's convenient next to my home.

My experience here with Ianna was super great. She made me feel comfortable and I had nothing to worry about. She called me telling me what I needed to do and she took care of me a my financial situation she is truly the best at what she does. Good job Girl!!!!
