The last loan that I got from checksmart they made on a day that I did not get paid then attempted to blame it on me. I called in to complain the woman Mary Lou at this location who answered the phone ( I also believe she was the one to create the loan for me ) was extremely unprofessional and flat out ignorant she refused to tell me information pertaining to her boss.
