Today. 1/6/24, I go to this place to renew my city sticker. There's no one in the lobby and there's a woman behind the glass eating chips and watching a movie on her phone. I wait until I'm called. 35 seconds go by before I have to clear my throat to get her attention and at which time she never took her eyes off of her phone and motioned me up with a finger...ok strike 1. This one of the best currency exchange's on the south side of chicago.
Came in to renew my city sticker Patty was her name She was very helpful and professional with walking through what I needed to provide. I would recommend coming back to get serviced by her.
