I have been trying to make payment on my account for 1 month. No answer to phone calls and not returning calls either. Pretty frustrating
I've been struggling getting ahead of my checks. So I called and sally was very rude to me on the phine. She got really upset with me just asking questions what to do. Ask for name and she said don't do this to me. Wow great service.
Have been trying to get in contact with them for 2 days about a mistake that was made on their end and they refuse to answer the phone and their office door is closed and locked.
