I am so grateful for checkmate and this location. Without Checkmate and the help of Loren to assist; my health would suffer. I am always treated with respect and Loren goes above and beyond to answer questions and help me understand all the paperwork/payments etc. Thank you Checkmate for having a comfortable clean store with professional financial assistants. I highly recommend this business and will always come here for my small loan needs.
Don't borrow money from these folks. But otherwise it's an okay place to cash a check or send/receive Western Union payments.
I've been coming here for a year. The lady that first worked here was always so friendly no matter time of day! However, past two times I've been in, theres a gentleman there and hes got an attitude that he doesn't want to be there. I was in there a few days ago and it was close to closing; I went in to ask a question. He gave me answer but in a " I don't have time for this" way. And once I left he locked the door.
