My favorite game store! I have been a customer for a little over ten years. Unlike some others, as a customer you are always welcomed and it is a chill environment. They have multiple kinds of tournaments like Pokémon, Magic, and HeroClix with more relaxed rules, so that you don’t have to have the latest things and can play older sets that you have. Pre ordered product to ensure that I would be able to get product when it released. Didn’t bother to preorder from other sources as I already had it preordered. Time comes to pick up product and they don’t have it. Don’t offer to preorder if you can’t deliver. Horrible business practice. Do better. Lost a long time customer with this flub.
