From the first time I walked in during a starter deck release for Gundam my name was instantly remembered by face. 2 weeks later during a separate event I am welcomed with a smile ,greeted by name, and met with excitement. A very friendly , welcome, and caring atmosphere for everybody I highly recommend
Friendly staff always takes care of me. If you play tcgs their packs are usually fire, at least for me
