I know it's no longer a norm. But, I'm the type, that prefers to do things in person. It gives me, a great deal of anxiety, for many reasons, to do things via the phone. Literally to the point, of missing out on things. Stuff like, deals/sales, opportunities, assistance/support with problems/concerns. I try my best to pivot. Special thanks to the manager at the Aurora CO location who recently solved a calendar billing date problem for me. After years of successfully completing loans with checkmate I've found that the personnel are consistently patient, kindly and professional. I feel thankful for this loan company. Alexandra and her crew at the Aurora, CO location were super fast and helpful. I applied on-line and finished in-store. Both were extremely easy and user friendly. Thank you Checkmate.

I applied and mostly did everything online. Carol was kind, helpful, and professional. I was in and out of the their store less than 20 minutes. Checkmate is good if you need money quickly. Carol will be happy to help… she is great.
