Tried making a call for business reasons and placed them on a hold and I was hung up on. Horrible service from corporate
Customer service was abysmal. I'm sorry your life is the way it is, lady. I would avoid them if at all possible.
Horrible customer service. Tried to get another cab to take me to school because they always say they end up not seeing me when I’m there and they’re supposed to wait at least 5 mins. Called back and the lady who answered had a horrible attitude when I asked for another cab.
