First time using this company. Called in and talked to a nice lady who quoted me a price, called back later to book the ride. I got a confirmation code to my cell, but at the pickup time there was no driver. I called dispatch and they apologized, explained the situation and quickly rectified it. Got sent a driver-tracker right after to see the ride on its way, just as dispatch said. I'm hoping the quote stays close, that'll be a final evaluation. I called checker yellow this morning at 6:33am and now it 8:11 am no cab show up to pick me up got me late ash for my job idk wat they been doin on this Saturday morning but this is crazy

I normally don’t write reviews, but on last night my car stopped on my way to work. I was literally 14miles and 17 minutes from work. My uber account wasn’t working so I took a cab. The cab driver female nice but was smoking in the car and a 14 mile trip she took a detour that ended up being longer. I ask her why did she choose the way she came. She told me because the interstate be busy which was a lie at that time of day. The trip cost me 37 dollars and an extra almost 6 or 7 miles which on uber or Lyft was nearly 15 dolla... read more
