Lady in the front with glasses isnt very helpful at all. If u are planning to cash a check with ur unemployment check, dont go here. Came here at 6:30pm on a weekday, shes telling me office closes at 5pm based on her computer. Mind u, those customer reps from ides are up til 8pm. She said she has NEVER cashed a check from ides! She didnt attempt to cash my check or atleast put an effort in calling them.
