Tried to cash a check after a school bus hit my car a month prior. There was a number on the check to verify it she chose not to use the number and call whatever number she had on file and saying she couldn't verify and had to send check to her boss. I offered the lady who was assisting me and several other at once I have a number you can call I was on the phone with the insurance company after me waiting for 15 mins and nothing happening.
