I'm from out of state and this is my first time cashing a check here I will not come back. For it to be professional there is no signage that indicates that your check is not supposed to be pre-signed even if you sign it in line before you see someone face to face. If I could rate this a lot lower I would because I was misinformed being told that 47th PLS would take a pre-signed check. Only giving it a 2 star rating not because they dont take pre-signed checks but because there is no signage inside or outside of the building which would help new comers or outsiders from your state. You absolutely have to sign the check in front of the person personally you can't even be standing inside of the building and sign it or they still won't take it. i walked in to the business today july8,2024 at 10:39sm there was two lady’s in their phone did not look up at all i replied with hello twice before she look up and then i ask did your fax’s work she said excuse me i said it a second time she said with no concern or don’t print out confirmation let me be clear when you walk it the business it’s the lady to the right this is very very poor customer service need to do better..55 Wentworth
