They need to change the sign on the glass and on google that says they close at 8pm on Saturday. Wasted my time showing up at 7 because both of those resources SHOULD be accurate but they locked the doors and told me through the glass they close at 6pm.

I never been to a checking place ,where they can choose to close early. Mind you...it's not a holiday. There's no sign on the door of them being closed. Actually there's sign showing their hours of operation .Yet they are closed more than a hour before their closing time. Has their hours changed? WelI no, have passed and have seen them open before. BTW this was not just one occasion. And I met with another customer with same complaint.

This place is horrible I just want there to change my check, I signed it in front of the cashier, no one have on a name tag. They both speaking in Spanish while I was asking why I can’t get my check change there even if my check did not expire. Cause she just told after I signed it that they can’t change it because it expired. I left went to 4 different bank another check cashing only for them to tell me it is not expired.
