during the pandemic check n go had no respect for my mother. she is over 60 and suffers from a preexisting condition that puts her at high risk during this global emergency. check n go down right REFUSED to allow her to renew her loan over the phone or defer the whole thing to a safer date. I see now that check n go is more interested in their money than the health and safety of their customers. shame on you check n go.

How can you be closed for days at a time???? I have other bills to pay & groceries to buy, but I'm being held hostage because of you're terrible organization. I was promised you would be open Sat, but now its Mon. I was promised a call from a district manager, but yet another lie. Absolutely predatory practices.
