Mia was wonderful when I came in. She explained everything well and is very professional. Customer service is paramount and she embodies policy and courtesy in a great way!
The only reason I gave a 1 star was because the option to give none isn’t available. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life. All I did was walk in and ask if the cash checks. The woman behind the counter basically laughed in my face, interrupted me by saying “we don’t do that” I asked her well do you know of a place that may still do it.
