I went to the check n go on state road 38 and the manager told me only two customers are allowed in the store so I had to wait outside. While I was waiting Jill came out and yelled for me to come back at 3:15 because payments are made by appointment only. Last week when I made a payment I told Jill I would be back that next Friday and there was no mention of an appointment. Poor customer service and lack of communication makes this a horrible place for business not to mention the 30 to 45 minute wait times.
This one star is only towards the COO/CEO or WHOEVER controls giving and taking part time employees to managers and their stores! An hour after he (store manager of Lafayette location) closes and he STILL has more than one customer waiting to get a loan! This is starting to get old. Idk what it’s going to take for them to give him a part time employee!!! So, that means he’ll get home RIGHT when I have to go to bed. Thanks Check N Go!
