Bad customer service
I called with general questions and spoke with Jamie Moore-Crum who was extremely rude. She said she could not answer any general questions until I give her my DOB and full name. I explained to Jamie that I do not have an account with check and go. I was calling to ask general questions related to their services. Jamie then said she will go ahead and disconnect the call. Wow! I’ve never experienced such awful customer service.
Since I have been comming here Jamie has given me excellent customer service every time. I’ve been helped out and was able to get in and out in a timely fashion.
Both Jaime and Irma are very professional and helpful. They are great with communication and multitasking. I've never had a bad experience, they are always very pleasant
