This office has been getting bad in customer service. Every time I go here, there is a new employee working who doesn't know everything & complains about how bad the office is to work at. Went here today & another new lady was arguing with lady about their rules & why she couldn't give the amount the lady wanted. 2 guys were already in front of me. Waited 20 minutes while employee dealt with lady. Finally walked out. Will find other place to do business with.
