It's sad that this place is shutting its doors soon. I always find it more pleasant to pick up a Western Union here , rather than go to Kroger where they want to know where you work, your Social Security Number, etc. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and even sit and joke with the manager who works there. I've never had any problems.
The lady that works here or the manager I guess the only one ever there is very very rude she acts like ur borrowing her ow. Personal money she treated my fiance and I like we were pond scum.we were approved of course she didn't seem happy about it when we came to pay off the check she was again rude she was very snappy bothfnimes we dealt with her when we went to pay the loan and handed her the loan agreement we were told we needed to bring she was very rude and refused to look at it and then asked several times how to spel... read more
The new manager at the store helps us when we need it. If we cant get to the store by the time they close to repay our loan, because of working over an hr and a half away, all it takes is a phone call letting her know i'll be in first thing in the morning and she works with us every time. Don't let the negative people who get mad cause they don't pay the loan back influence your choice to use the service from this location. I've not had one issue!
Hours are bad and the taxes are high.
