My experience with Sarah, the Assistant General Manager, was disappointing and did not align with the company’s high review ratings. She made unnecessary comments about other customers’ loan issues and assumed I was in the same situation. I simply wanted to pay off my loan over the phone, but the interaction could have been handled more smoothly and professionally.
