Today we came to cash a payroll check. We paid the fee to cash the check and we asked if the money could be put on the debit card. Then my husband asked if we could make a money using the debit card and they told us no. So we had to leave and head to an ATM. We have Capital One Bank so we do not have access to a branch. We get to the ATM and there is a limit that can be pulled out. We need to pay our rent TODAY which is why we are on this predicament we are in. This is the WORST experience I have ever had at any Check City. I have been coming this location for almost 10 years and have never been treated so poorly. This occurred yesterday about 6 pm 1. No greeting after entering the building. 2. My daughter walked up to the window and the clerk walked away. 3. The clerk walk to another window and my daughter proceeded to walk to that window and the clerk interacted with another clerk and walked away again, without acknowledging my daughter and I. 4.
