We got held by autumn today while we were there and she was very helpful. She went through a struggle because the bank who issued our check basically refused to answer the phone and instead of giving up on us, she kept calling and calling and calling and calling and calling that’s what I called dedication I think most other places would’ve given up thank you very much to autumn. You were a very big help. We really do appreciate you.
Autumn was a life saver. I had a sizable amount check I did not want to have my bank put a hold on so I decided to pay a little to cash it. The service was excellent from the verification process to the actual cash I received. I would recommend Check City and Autumn to anyone in need of comparable service.
