I went to pay my last payment at this particular facility and to take out another loan because I was in desperate need for money and Virgina the loan receptionist was so nice to me. She saw how much I needed the money and she was able to help me. I will forever be grateful to her for the care and empathy she showed me. She has such a big heart and in this kind of world it feels good to know that there are people like her who still exist.
