I miss Louis when he was the manager it was nothing but chilled and coo vibes. I don't know who is running it now but they are unprofessional and they talk shit about you behind the counter their customer service needs help and when you talk to them on the phone they are dragging out their words it's like can we not speak up and speak clearly I mean if you don't like your job quit and give it to someone who will appreciate it and work well for it. This is the worst money transfer location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The services are horrible. I sent money yesterday, Thursday at 10 am, my portion of the transfer process was perfect, however, the name in the system was not correct. Normally I do not do reviews. The reason is simple, I am from a long time ago we're customer service was expected and nobody got good reviews for doing their job. Put on the last few years customer service is taking a dive. Only the prophet the owners and disenfranchised the consumer.
