Today when I came into the store, I was greeted at the door by Charlene, the manager. I was having a difficult time paying my light bill, and she went above and beyond to help me. Charlene personally called the company and verified what was going wrong with my payment. Throughout the entire process, she was extremely kind, patient, and professional. Her support made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service she provided.
