Today i took my 12 year old who has a fl ID into this store to cash a check from her summer camp and i was treated like a criminal by the woman to the far right of the store my daughter was questioned about why she received the check and then the woman refused to cash the check because my daughter was under 18 which i had never heard of before… however there was a nice gentleman there that assisted me and he informed me that a numerous of parents from the camp had came in to cash there kids check once verified my daughter re... read more
Mr Muhammad washelping a very difficult customer and he handle it with class and professionalism even though the individual was rude and cheap
This place does not deserve 1 star. They are extremely unprofessional and treat clients very unfair as if they are criminals. There is no purpose being in business if you can't and refuse to treat your customers fairly.
costumer service 10/10! Sharlene is the best
I’m not pleased cause I walked in the door before another customer and the worker assistant the other customer first then I had to stand and here the works go back and forth being mean to each other so no I was not happy about my visit today and word of advice to mr. Mohammed be nice to your coworkers when customers are around.
