Complete rip off, not to mention held onto my money for 6 months, I had to contact them because HMRC sent me a letter telling me they had paid them. Check A Tax Clain will take half of your payout. Do it yourself, don't make the same costly mistake as me. They really do very little for 50%!!!! WARNING - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Not responding to emails or voice mails giving them one last chance before I make a complaint to the claims management ombudsman.
Upto March they were very responsive. Now that the HMRC has sent them the cheque which they will have received at the end of March they have not responded at all. They have the full amount off The HMRC and have not given me a single penny. The phone just goes to voice mail and they do not reply to any emails.
AVOID! Cannot be trusted! FEE IS 48% of all claims.
