I've ordered sweatshirts (not custom, just off the shelf) several times. They carry good brands and the quality is fine. Never had a problem. This time, the sizing was off for one brand (I ordered medium and it was too big). I contacted customer service to ask about an exchange, and they told me how to do it (return the old one, they credit my purchase price, then order a new one in the desired size). That worked fine, and they paid for the return postage, which is great. I'm happy with the service and the products.

Awesome! I have ordered from cheapestees at least 5 times over the last 2 months and every order arrived fast and with free shipping. There was one issue with UPS, and customer service shipped a new order to me. The best part was the original shipment showed up a couple of days later and they told me to keep it. Pretty cool.

Ordered 18 custom screen printed t-shirts on 4/1/19. Per their email, the shirts should have shipped between 4/5-4/10/19...As of 4/17/19, no shirts, no calls saying there was a delay--no communication. I called to find out where my order was & was told that it shipped on 4/9/19, which was a LIE, because after the phone call I received a shipping notification that it was shipping that day 4/17/19. I ordered shorts and I got them . They were low cost and very nice. Sizing is off but I'll order again and go 2 sizes up. If sizing were accurate I'd give them a 5.

I ordered my shirts and didn't receive all of them. I called to know what had happened since I was missing 6 shirts and I hadn't been notified about it at all. They said that they didn't know and that they were "sorry" and would give my money back. They didn't offer other solutions except to make a new order and pay for shipping.I urgently needed that exact color shirts and they couldn't help because they were out of stock. This says how unprofessional they are at handling situations.

Website claims most orders ship same day. 3 days in and still no tracking. I even called and they claim the order wasn't transmitted properly. The next day they blamed the weather. Today here was no answer. I feel this is false advertising.
