Cheapa Car Rentals (CCR) Tullamarine operates from a residential house with no business signs. The cheap car rate was not worth the frustration I endured for the following reasons: 1. They gave my prepaid car to someone else even though I was assured they would hold the car after I arrived a day late. 2. I had the car for 2 days when the battery went flat. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM CHEAPA ever!! We rented a car from Cheapa via Trip.com (prepaid booking via credit card). When we arrived pick up location (40 Altona St., Kensingson) on time... NO BODY there. No any office. The location is just in front of a leasing apartment. We waited for at least one and a half hour tried to made a phone call to the Cheapa but no one answered.
