We had just recently purchased a twin mattress and box spring for our daughter's first apartment and we were given a twin XL instead of a regular twin and it was too big to fit on the bed when we got it put together and we were worried about the whole ordeal of returning it and exchanging it for the right one that would fit the bed but thanks to Kyle he took care of us and solved the problem easily and efficiently and let us exchange for the regular twin and received some store credit for the difference in prices.
