Shocking service by the manager D…..a. I had driven from an hr away to pick up the dog cage. I had to borrow a car due to the large size of this item. Upon picking up i noticed that the box was opened up and retaped shut. I questioned staff if anything was missing and was assured it wasn’t. It was missing one of the upright poles and after phoning up to speak to staff was told I wasn’t able to pick up the missing part that I had to return the whole thing.
