I brought 2 padlocks today. One was the wrong size and went to return to cheap as chips woodcroft. I was told, NO REFUNDS, either exchange or credit note. There is no notice any where in the shop to say no refunds. Any shop that I cannot obtain a refund is a shop I will not shop at. It was not much money, but a more expensive item could cause problems, one does not always want a credit note if they still need the original item in a different size or colour not available at the shop.
