The service here is terrible. Staff standing behind the counter talking about staffing issues in front of customers instead of serving them. It took 5mins for them to even notice I was standing at the counter. If I wasn't an honest person I could have easily walked out before I was noticed
Shout out to Lily on register today, unbelievably strong salesperson. If she's not already the manager, she should be, but I am sure she will go far in whatever role she chooses.
I brought 2 padlocks today. One was the wrong size and went to return to cheap as chips woodcroft. I was told, NO REFUNDS, either exchange or credit note. There is no notice any where in the shop to say no refunds. Any shop that I cannot obtain a refund is a shop I will not shop at. It was not much money, but a more expensive item could cause problems, one does not always want a credit note if they still need the original item in a different size or colour not available at the shop.
