Went in there today, I was looking for a poncho, while walking the whole store there were abit to look at but when you get close some things were so expensive. A pair of ugg boots for an example they were $60. I didnt find a poncho and found only 1 type of umbrella. Maybe a good store to browse in, but not really worth buying anything sadly.
They refused to give me a refund for a faulty product I bought an hour prior. Said that there was “no way to give refunds, you have to do an exchange instead”. The ladies were nice but the product (pair of headphones) as well as the policy is very poor.
