WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!!!! This store is absolutely Filthy...the DIRTIES C.A.C. store I have EVER Been to and the staff are Obscenely RUDE!!! My Priority 1 complaint is.... 4/4 Click & Collect orders have been IGNORED by Cheap As Chips Staff!! After days and sometimes Weeks...I have had to contact THEM to enquire about my Click & Collect orders.....EVERY TIME...they claim No Stock order has been Cancelled!! Nightmare click and collect experience at this store I ordered a click and collect on 17 Oct but heard nothing for 6 days. On 22 Oct, I called to the store to politely ask about my order. The staff was extremely rude on the phone. The first person requested to call back. When I called back, the second person was very rude and used a high tone on the phone. Id rather put no stars for the manager/supervisor on at 6pm on 16-10-25. I walked past (i assume the manager/supervisor on at the time chatting away to some friends of his that had come in) I continued towards the check out. Was made to stand there while I heard him continue to chat away for at least 5 minute untill I walked back and asked if anyone was working today.
