Friendly staff
As much as the store is a great one and stocks a huge range of everything, terrible attitude from staff will deter customers from this store. The staff are absolutely rude to customers! Witnessed this horrible male staff being an absolute ass for no reason to a customer while another just onlooked. No justification no reason, he was just overly loud and demeaning to the customer. Placed an online click and collect order. No collection email after 5 days. 2 emails to customer service with no response. Went into store. No order to be collected. Not much help from staff member. Terrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could.
