Very sad they them closing down, warrnambool needs a place like them
If I could give you half a star I would. No communications from store to customer.. inquiriesget rejected and staff dont really know what they are talking about when they do communicate with you. Multi million dollar franchise that couldn't organise toilet paper for a toilet.. will not be doing business with this company again.
Actually disgusting. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months - sticky in some areas and covered in dirt and grime. Barely any stock on the shelves and the store smells very poorly, almost like urine. This store used to be great but unfortunately has fallen victim to poor management. I will not be shopping here again.
