Went in to buy a large bag of premium potting mix, asked the young man at register if someone could plz take it to my car as I have multiple sclerosis and bag too heavy for me. Thin lady came out in a bad mood , quite rude didn’t even say hello , went to get the potting mix came back with the wrong one, I specifically told her the premium. Earlier today we went in to ask where the table tennis paddles were (after seeing them online as being sold at CAC). It seemed we were the first customers for the day. Woman working there gave us a very rude 'we don't sell them, or did you mean table tennis table and we don't sell them either'. We proceeded to walk through to the sport section where we found what we were looking for. A very big shop with a huge arrange of produce for you to browse through. There seemed to be a lack of staff but apart from that very good
Been there twice. No staff anywhere to be seen except for the girl on the Register. None to ask where something is and no signage. So I walked round in circles trying to find what I needed. Gave up and went to Bunnings.
The staff where so helpful and an employee name of Glenn was so kind and lovey I just want to say thank you best service ☺️
