Never had such a rude assistant. I own my own retail store and was horrified at how I was treated. When I asked politely if they sold shoe box’s. Without speaking she headed directly to a large storage box when I explained I was after individual box’s was abruptly told this is it it’s all we have got. She couldn’t even smile. I will not be back.
Made an accidental wrong purchase. Mellisa did not offer a full refund and had only offered a store credit, original price of each item was $30, only refunded $19.97.
Where has all the staff gone and why is the back entrance register not open? If you park in the carpark at back and then purchase something, you then have to proceed to front of shop to pay and then walk all the way through the shop to back door. Very poor customer service.
Don’t go here, due to trying to return, so my daughter wanted a green tu tu so we went to get one from cheap as chips. then she changed her mind. So I went to take in back 10 minutes after I brought it, then the lady said you can’t return it because they don’t do that, and she was very mean about it and would not let me change it for another item
