Absolutely disgusted and annoyed. Ordered and paid for a large item on Sunday. Checked on Monday afternoon that the item would be available for pick up on Tuesday morning. Guaranteed it would be. We get to Shepparton only to be told they had sold it. We traveled from NSW.

Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied - the worker at the register finalised my purchase, never asked for my Chippie number, and when I asked was told it was too late as the purchase had gone through. So I lost my points on my purchase AND a $5 voucher. If you are going to have such a rigid ‘it’s too late’ policy, maybe train your staff to ask for Chippie rewards details first. I’ll be going next door to SPC next time! You’ve lost my loyalty.
