This was a great bank. I loved all the people, I loved how local it was. I loved how my account actually worked, and how quickly transactions would go through. But I overdrafted so many times, because I was unable to sign in online to check my balance. It would automatically reset my password and lock my account every 60 days, just as a regular security measure. And I really appreciate the extra security, but it became overbearing.
