I've banked with Cheaha since day one and have always been the best to deal with. Highly recommend it and the staff!
I love my bank. The staff has always treated me with respect.
The ppl are very unfriendly. If something happens to your account, rather its your fault or not, you get a very rude phone call. Let me make one thing clear, we choose what bank we want to bank at, the banks doesn't choose us. WE are all human, we make mistakes but, the individuals that work at the branch in Oxford thinks differently. The ones in Alexandria isn't any better. My advice, go to a different bank if you want to be treated with respect, if not, stay with Cheaha Bank. They know how to treat a person like crap.
