I had rotator cuff repair amongst other shoulder issues. I did therapy elsewhere right after surgery. I still had pain over a year post op. I was also very weak. I came to Coldwater twice now, 50 visits each time. The receptionist Stephanie always greeted me by name and ALWAYS with a smile on her face. My physical therapist's name is Shannon and she's a great therapist, she's kind and funny and has a great character on top of being so helpful throughout this painful experience, I had shoulder surgery in early February and she has gotten me to the point where I can finally use my arm again and im very grateful for her and all of the other associates that work here, they're all great and very kind and I would definitely recommend these ladies and gentlemen to anyone that needs any type of physical therapy! Jennifer Colbeck did a fantastic job helping me through therapy after my knee replacement. She was very thoughtful and informative on advising me on how to care for myself for the best recovery. Thank you again Jennifer for all of your help, patience, and guidance through this time of recovery.
