This place is a disorganized mess. I rented a groomsmen tux for a wedding with everything included and also ordered a suit that I liked for my own upcoming wedding in early October. and there were major issues with both processes. First, they never mentioned or gave the groomsmen shoes that were to be included for the tux rental. Next, the suit was a disaster. I ordered it early July, for my October 3rd wedding. Incredible business! I’ve been coming here for many years. They have always taken care of any suits I would need from prom back in high school all the way to the million weddings I have to attend these days 🤣 very thoughtful and considerate crew that always go out of their way to make it happen 😎

This is my second time renting a tux from them. Great experience. Friendly staff. Efficient service. I'm sorry to those few that had a less than perfect experience. Judging from other reviews, those appear to be very isolated outliers. Mine was perfect.
Fast and excellent service at Chazmatazz. I made an appointment 2 days before I needed it, I was in and out with my fitting appointment in about 30 minutes. My suit was ready on time and fit perfectly. Everything I needed either came with the suit or they had it for sale. The price was less than the warehouse chain store for men around the corner. I will go back to Chazmatazz the next time I need to rent formal wear. Thanks!
