I want to express my highest compliments to two (2) dynamic members of your team: Ms. Dora and Ms. Madison! I’m so grateful for both and their hard work helping my baby, ‘BJ’ (Broderick Baker Jr) succeed. Ms. Dora always sends status updates via text and the monthly speech calendar. BJ is mastering phrases such as “I want...” and “ I need help.” He is also answering the questions “What is your name?” and “How old are you?” He is also learning to imitate words and focus more on the lips when being taught certain sounds/words.... read more
Thats the problem...this has nothing to do with insurances I give review based upon services... and this is a honest review No change in 6 months of my child attending facility... The one star will remain
Great things to say about this place. Dora is always kind and is the best therapist we could have hoped for. We are so thankful to have found her! She is very sweet, kind, caring. She has a lot of compassion with my daughter during her speech sessions. My daughter has progressed tremendously with use communication device, and etc . She is definitely very resourceful. I am beyond greatful with Mrs.Kara, and I really appreciate the dedication she has on what she does and the patience. My daughter just had turn 2 when she started and she learned so much in a short period of time, even when she wasn’t in the mood. She would go in there and start playing and talking. Mrs.Kara is a great speech therapist. Everyone in the office is so nice too, we were always greeted so well. She did really good in her evaluation, we were pretty sad because she no longer needed it and we would miss Mrs.Kara.
Ms Cara (speech) & Ms Chichi (OT) are awesome, knowledgeable and so patient! My son is always happy and excited to be there. Everyone in the office I’ve come across is also nice & helpful. My family is so thankful to have found Chayah!
