I want to caution others against using Chavez tax preparation. This is not a hate post but an objective complaint that others should know about. We submitted our tax information a month in advance. On tax day we still had not heard from her. She filed an extension without my consent. She wouldn’t return our calls or text messages and we left voicemails.
