Not only did Eddie reply right away, he followed up with a text message, since I didnt see the email originally. Gave him a call back past business hours and he picked up, answered my questions, then informed me he was at the vet and would call back first thing tomorrow morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in town
I had 2 chairs and an ottoman recovered. I love the fabric and the workmanship was great! Eddie was very behind and it took several months to complete my project, but it was worth the wait. I'm happy with how they turned out.
This place is awful. He did a terrible job upholstering two beautiful heirloom chairs. One of them literally fell apart a couple weeks after getting it back. The back wasn’t screwed on correctly or something, and fell off. The upholstering work is shoddy, and falling apart. When I called and told him, he did offer to pick up the ruined chair and fix it. The fabric I chose was on backorder so the job took quite a bit longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. The work is stunning and my vintage loveseat looks better than new!
