I worked with Alison Gaskin for my 2026 condo purchase. Alison was knowledgable, and helpful, closing was ultimately successful and accurate. It would have been even better, since this was my legal team, if there was more drive on my behalf rather than me chasing and driving. There were several delays with the seller’s documents.
