I have used Chaves, Perlowitz and Luftig twice now for a real estate closing. Both times the whole team was amazing. I received excellent communication from everyone on the team - I knew what was going on every step of the way and what I needed to do. The team worked together seamlessly every step of the way so nothing fell through the cracks. The closing was as smooth as silk.
