Tracey takes the time to help you understand how She does your taxes properly. And with the app she uses it’s much easier to send her things you might have forgot at home or maybe haven’t gotten yet. In my case I didn’t receive my RRSPs from my bank. So I was able to take a picture then send it to her after so she could adjust my claim.
Tracey is a gem! I have never experienced the high level of customer service anywhere else. Tracey is reliable, accommodating and always willing to help.
